Cade's quilt top finished!

I finished piecing Cade's quilt to this morning - woo hoo!  It finished at about 68 inches wide and 96 inches long.  I am thinking about adding a little strip of grey to each side to make it a little wider.  What do you think?  Leave it or widen it?



Now to decide what to back it in.

    Beautiful! Does it need to be wider? Some bed quilts look better with more drop and for others it doesn't matter. If you do widen it I'd recommend extending the background fabric. :) www.quiltartbymegan.com

    i agree with MegsAnn, I would use the background fabric to lengthen it if you need to do that. It looks wonderful! I like the combination of colors you used! :) Have a great day!
